4. Our recruiting process

Each applicant goes through a three stages interview process :

  • A first interview with the Human Resources Manager to confirm the adequacy of the applicant's profile and aspirations with RISKALIS CONSULTING’s position.
  • A second interview, with a Managing Partner, to consider the different options for collaboration and the applicant's long-term career development will.
  • A third interview, with another Managing Partner, to validate the applicant's skills and development potential within the structure. A particular emphasis is put on the projects previously carried out by the applicant.

Each stage allows to validate specificities, and also provides to the future collaborator an opportunity to meet the members of the RISKALIS CONSULTING team.

Following this process, a telephone review is carried out for feedback.
