Job description :
As Project Manager/Business Analyst and Consultant, you will join Risk Management team in Financial Institutions to manage the project from the analyst step of the existent to the change management final step.
The mission will consist of:
- Drive and plan the project
- Audit of the organization, the process, the Information System
- Design functional and technical specifications
- Implementation
- Assist tests and UAT
- Conduct change management
- Participate to executive committees
- Manage sub-contractors
- Coordinate with partners
- User training
The position is based in Moscow and could require extensive travelling occasionally in Paris.
You will report to an Associate Director who will assist you in project management and client relationship, and ensure your professional development according to your own objectives.

Profile :
Master in Finance, Engineering or MBA is mandatory. A minimum experience of 3 years is required.
Experience in project management, functional and technical design and/or knowledge of Basel II, Sarbanes-Oxley, Solvency II...) framework for banks or insurances is necessary.
Skills in IT would constitute a definitive advantage.
Proficiency in Russian is a must, English or French would give you an edge.
