RISKALIS as seen by its consultants

Audrey, a consultant :

« When I joined RISKALIS CONSULTING in August 2006; my ambition was to exploit my 4-year experience with AMOA (assistance for project owners) in the financial sector, and to move toward consulting in the risk sector.
As of the outset, my managers made every effort to support me in this approach, and I quickly found an opportunity to work on installation of Pillar I of the Basel II standards in a major bank. That assignment constituted a perfect transition, enabling me to exploit my skills in the long business so as to acquire new ones in the field of Banks' prudential rules
Day by day, a close relationship with the managers, their listening ability, the resources applied and a real desire to associate each person with the firm's development strategy enable RISKALIS CONSULTING to effectively combine collaborators' personal development with the business's growth. A real win-win partnership...

Yoris, a junior consultant :

« My professional experience began with a few months spent with project ownership - Basel II, in the risks department of an international credit group. After those few months, I met with RISKALIS CONSULTING, which I joined in 2007 as a junior consultant. I chose the consulting business because of the diversity and intensity of the projects in which one can get involved. Consulting enables me to meet very different types of contacts and to develop real professional expertise.

I decided to join RISKALIS CONSULTING for two main reasons. On one hand, the perceptible quality of human relations and the dynamism displayed by the partners and their teams, both aspects being inherent to the size of the structure. This results in a highly supervised fitting-in process and takes form every day in emphasis on the consultants' creativity. In addition, the strategic importance of the Research and Development projects demonstrates the desire for a real professional approach in RISKALIS CONSULTING's activities. This strong focus makes it possible to capitalise on the contributions made by our clients' research and is, itself, enriched and tested by our consultants' experience.

I am now involved in a project ownership-Basel II assignment, after having taken part in an assignment for making recommendations concerning implementation of the second pillar of the Basel agreements. I also take part in R&D support, particularly in development of the PAMIR© methodology (ProActive Methodology to Impeach Risks). »
