ALTERNATIVA
Along with its expansion policy, the company has been listed on the ALTERNATIVA market place since December 10, 2007. ALTERNATIVA is a trading platform used by unlisted companies which make a Multilateral Trading System in securities of unlisted companies available to SME and qualified investors, and operating on the basis of trading rules specifically implemented for the securities of limited liability companies.
ALTERNATIVA's multilateral trading system operates for one week every month. The other three give ALTERNATIVA time to carry on intermediation with blocks of securities that have been unable to find buyers during the organized trading periods.
The capital opening gives RISKALIS CONSULTING the resources it needs to accompany the growth of its internal and external activities, in France and internationally, so as to become a model in terms of risk management consulting firms.
To obtain access to trading on ALTERNATIVA, the participant must download the Participant's registration Convention from the web site www.alternativa.fr.
